We want you to love every single thing you receive from Dulceria Soapery. If something’s not right, we’ll do our very best to make it right.


Returns

Because our products are handcrafted and made for personal use, we’re not able to accept returns on opened or used items. This ensures everything we send is always safe, fresh, and of the highest quality.

Damaged or Oops Orders

If your package arrives damaged, or if we accidentally sent the wrong item, just email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue store credit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem—you can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order. After that, we’re already preparing your goodies and can’t make changes.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered if:

  • You cancel within 48 hours

  • Your order arrives damaged (with proof)

  • You received the wrong item

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the funds.

Holiday & Sale Items

Special seasonal items, holiday releases, and sale products are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
