At Dulceria Soapery, every product is made fresh and packaged by hand — because you deserve something truly special. Our goal is to make sure your order arrives safely, beautifully, and worth the wait.

Processing Time

All of our soaps, candles, and bath treats are handcrafted in small batches.
Please allow 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for your order to be processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

During busy seasons, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We currently ship within the United States via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

3–7 business days for standard shipping

1–3 business days for priority or express options (when available)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Dulceria Soapery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at [your email address] with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to make it right!

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in Spokane, WA during select times or at popup markets. Details will be shared during checkout when available.
